Due to the unique nature of this event the rules of cancellation and refund of fees paid are as follows: The fee comprises a $140 non-refundable portion (however this is refundable up until 1 May 2026). If for any reason you need to cancel your registration this $140 portion is NOT refundable after 1 May 2026. Cancellations before 1 August 2026 will be refunded minus $140 non-refundable portion. There will be NO refunds after 1 August 2026. To cancel from 1 August 2026 onwards means you will receive all class kits from the weekend via courier (at your expense) after the event. There will be an exception if we are able to sell your place.
