Accommodation

Accommodation can be booked at Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre by calling the reservations team on 0800 924 786 or emailing them on res@waipunahotel.co.nz. Please quote CENZL0426 when making your booking.  Accommodation payment will be direct to the hotel.

Room and single breakfast $219.00 single occupancy
Room and two breakfast $249.00 twin occupancy or a couple

Payments

Creative Adventure Downunder - $650 Includes deposit of $100. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after 31 October 2025

Instalment Plans: For ALL instalment plan payers, your $100 deposit is due immediately. YOUR SEAT IS CONFIRMED WHEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID. NO reminder emails will be sent (however periodic updates will be emailed to you with your outstanding balance). For ALL instalment plans the final instalment is due by 28 February 2026.
If you wish to pay via Paypal unfortunately we will need to charge you an extra $5 on your deposit and an extra $25 on full payment.

Inclusions/Cancellation/Refund Policy: The full weekend of classes, including Lunch and Afternoon Tea is all inclusive of the $650 fee. Accommodation is separate. We have secured good prices for the accommodation for you but booking and payment is your responsibility.  However when booking Hotel room, please check online prices as sometimes they can be better.
Due to the unique nature of this event the rules of cancellation and refund of fees paid are as follows: The fee comprises a $100 non-refundable portion (however this is refundable up until 31 October 2025). If for any reason you need to cancel your registration this $100 portion is NOT refundable after 31 October 2025. Cancellations before 1st January 2026 will be refunded minus $100 non-refundable portion. There will be NO refunds after 31st January 2026. To cancel from 31st January 2026 onwards means you will receive all class kits from the weekend via courier after the event.  There will be an exception if we are able to sell your place.
